It is traveling from island to island as we realize the beauty of this part of the globle. At the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea, at the entrance to the Black Sea and to Turkey is Greece.
On these sometimes steep and barren islands breath an air of Olympus and lost paradise. This explains why the ancient Greeks were convinced that the gods were there near them somewhere in this welcoming nature and dangerous. This change of state could only come from a mood swing of a God.

The Acropolis and the Parthenon
The Acropolis is the high city of Athens, is a sort of fortified town, a citadel where people could take refuge during the attacks.

Plaka is a neighborhood of Athens, located below the Acropolis, there are very many other shops and taverns. The streets are always overrun with Greek walkers and tourists worldwide.

The taverns were built on the platform, so at first you will not see the small port. The port of Mikrolimano is very nice place where it is always nice dinner to be sure to spend a pleasant late afternoon.
