Viewing Paris night

Paris is a city made to be visited and admired the night.

Everything goes back to the eighteenth century, because of the rising crime the Prefect of Paris asked all the Parisians put an oil lamp or a candle on the edge of their windows to illuminate fully the city. It is from this time that Paris acquired the title of city light.

But with the invention of the public lighting of Philippe le Bon gas Paris that fascinated throughout Europe. 
Paris became the city of light.
